Robert’s Bio

Experienced life change in July 2008 when I repented(Christian term for surrendering my will over to the Lord and away from my self-destructive patterns of living.) of my sins and started a continual process of being discipled(life long training to be shaped into the image of my Lord and Savior, Jesus.

I admit I am 40.(I cannot believe I have reached that level.) Born in Southwest Missouri, lived in East Tennessee, made a summer pitstop in Texas in 2013, now to my current residency of Northwest, Arkansas.(Home to Wal-Mart, Tyson, J.B. Hunt, and Daisy BB Guns.)

Married to a Jesus loving and baking woman since 2013.(She makes awesome cupcakes and has her own blog on WordPress.) We serve and worship at Catalyst Church in Bentonville, Arkansas.(It is a great church if you are traveling thru. If you live in this area and don’t have a church home, then I invite you to come and find out about having an abiding Relationship with Jesus thru Experince, Growth and Share.)

My passions are my abiding faith in Jesus, my wife, reading, BBQ sauce(current my favorite brand is my father-in-law’s homemade batch.), and serving in Celebrate Recovery.(This is a great ministry and the Lord has used this ministry to help me thru my hurts, habits, and hangups. Whatever the issue(s) you face(It is not just for drugs or alcohol) God wants to see you work thru and overcome so you can be used for His glory.

My favorite book authors are A.W. Tozer, Leonard Ravenhill, David Wilkerson, Joyce Meyer and Derek Prince.

I could go on about more, but I will share more in the blog posts.
